  Me and RJ Knight have been working on videos for about easily over a year now. We have made a lot of videos in the time. Sadly, despite the length of time that we have been working on these videos, only around 20 have been released. This is with huge gaps been the releases and lower quality content. It’s been because of how difficult I’ve made it to develop and RJ has certain standards on effort. I would like to start off by stating that it is entirely my fault that these videos have not been released. The reality is that we have at least three hundred videos started that have not been released and are far from being put out. There are quite a few reasons why this is the case but I’m going to focus here on one. This one reason is probably the most inexcusable,  is that 99% of this is my fault.

  I want to apologize again for my lack of content on the site. Honestly any of the slowdowns in content on the site and focus on music come back to me. I’ve been trying really hard to improve, but all my effort has only resulted in chronic failures on my part due to character flaws and inability to focus.

  There are some terms that me and other people in music use to describe music. RJ told me I should explain these terms for everyone so I’m going to be explaining a few of them for you. A Bass Guitar is a stringed instrument usually used to fill the lower frequencies of a song.

I hope you can enjoy this post and grow with me as I try to get my technician skills back up, and test my music knowledge along the way.   Compression     Compression is a audio effect that lowers the volume of audio above a set volume threshold. This makes the audio volume more uniform.

I’m going to meetup with RJ tomorrow for a event at Artistic Vibes. While I’m there I’m going to record some of the Football Talks I have in my Input list. Tomorrow I’m going to record the following topics: how good was Tom Brady, Do the Patriots need Tom Brady, Colin Kaepernick not voting, why are the Patriots so dominant, and why Football coach firings are ruining Football. We will start working on this at 7 pm.  

The other day, (actually it was after Props and Bonds Saturday Mic Live) I was in Catalyst Hip-hop. I normally get shy and have some level of anxiety talking to people in these kind of settings. I know it seems counter intuitive that I can perform music in front of hundreds or thousands of people. But casual to  intimate conversations make me massively uncomfortable except for all but a few people. My friend RJ was trying to take a break in the corner of the room (sleep or nap). I really should have been just talking to people, but I just stood around in his area.

The last post I made was not good. I spent too much time writing it. These posts/logs should be more off the cuff. The way I wrote the last post generally covers my problems that I can list causally off my head. (worked on it to make it better) I know that a few people expressed that my problems are normal (supporting me when they found out about my blog series), but they aren’t. I’m sure most of you reading this don’t know that I’m both sadistic and masochistic (S/M). I know that this alone isn’t incredibly uncommon, but I do fear that my masochism has lead me to create environments for my own failure (its a complicated and discover more all the time). Which doesn’t just hurt myself ,it also hurts the people around me and I have to change this (there are other major problems but this ties into them strongly, making them very warped). Why because I seek people out and wrap them into my world. – I want my brothers wife because its my brother’s wife

I did some audio consultation and sound effects for the youtube series “The Hip- Hop RPG“. This series created by  Dom (of the DSC youtube channel) focuses on a fictional story of a time traveling Kendrick Lamar fighting Illuminati aliens. Basically the idea is to create a parody of Final Fantasy and modern day Hip-Hop. Dom was heavily influenced by Final Fantasy VII when he was young, and his podcast puts him into the world of Hip-Hop on a regular basis. Being the talented visual artist and creator he is, The Hip-Hop RPG married these two worlds together.  Dom reached out to me for help with some sound effects and audio selection. I was more than glad to help. I’ve always been a big fan of his channel, and I feel he is an incredibly talented artist. He always stresses hard work and it shows in his end product.

   Absolute Zero: Zero (Music Video)   This is my title track form my self titled album “Zero“. This dark track sets the tone and the mood of the album. I was able to work with Dom on the music video. Its a very simple concept, but I really enjoy the way this came out. I’m not an visual artist, but it always amazes me the what people can draw.   Hey, everyone I know that I’ve have been absent on Facebook for while. I wanted to let everyone in on some of the things going on with me (past and present).  This is just a little bit of what you can expect from me in the future. Most people who know me, know I’m a strange dude. I’m socially awkward, secretive, pretentious (for like no reason) and  I have an incredibly bad memory. These are just some of the major problems that I have. I am currently working on them but I also have some darker problems,  some really dark chronic issues I’m dealing with.  These problems, I have been dealing with them my whole life. But more recently these problems have directly hurt the people I my life who I care about most.

  This is the input list ( Production list with dates for expected release) that I’m working with now. These are the things that I have to do, when I feel like I’m prepared for them (I create alot of problems, have alot of issues and trying my best to be a person that deals with those issues instead of dumping them on others). I’m putting them out so hopefully people can hold me to account. I know that the website had hundreds of readers and thousands of views. I’ve literally messed up all that up with my dysfunction. We’ve went into all these directions to help me because I was doing things that I was incredibly dangerous to myself and others. Rj did these things to help me find something positive I can do, so I could become more stable.       Its your boy Absolute Zero, Defender of the Universe, and I’m back to talk about Kooley4rmTheAve. I first met this artist at the Hip-Hop For Flint Charity Concert. That night I saw Kooley come in and perform a very live set. Kooley came in and delivered really dope bars over amazing beats. He was really energetic in his performance and his songs sounded really good. His performance was tight and really got me interested in his music.   When I made it around to checking Kooley’s soundcloud, I was very impressed with what I found there. The only problem I have with Kooley’s soundcloud is, that he only has two songs. This appears to be all the music Kooley has released so far. I can’t hold this against Kooley too much because the two songs he does have uploaded are amazing.   The first song I heard from Kooley is a song called “High Love”. I first heard Jred at the Hip Hop 4 Flint Charity Event. This was a charity event to raise money for the people of Flint Michigan after their drinking water crisis. At the event I heard Jred perform a nice set. Jred performed a set full of trap flavored bangers. His performance was high energy. Jred danced his way across the stage while playing heavy beats. This all came together for a fun show.   Jred       I got a chance to listen too Jred‘s full length project “Before The Fame”. My initial impression of Jred is that he is a rapper who is most comfortable making slightly dark, trap influenced bangers. Jred talks a lot about drugs, a lot about his swagger, and a lot about his grind on this project.
