Absolute Zero Return To the starting point: Blog #4 I’m finally at the starting point. I finally started to get good enough at writing to move forward with the website. So today I met with RJ to get the blog back up. If your reading this than you know the meeting was a success. Man my sleep schedule is messed up. I woke up today at 4 AM to write more blog entries. I didn’t even plan to go to sleep. I feel asleep writing at my desk. I woke up at like midnight and slid into my bed. I might be borderline narcoleptic. I can fall asleep almost anywhere. At least I’ve never fallen asleep while driving.

She is one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. She was born and raised in Jamaica and has a lot of strong principles about her. She works hard and is never the type to hold her tongue, even when it might get her in trouble. I don’t know if she does this consciously (like fuck the consequences) or unconsciously but she is a character. She needed some help on the computer and I helped her do what she needed to do. After I was finished I had to leave immediately. I got a job offer and I needed to hand in my social security card. unfortunately I misplaced it and I spent literally all of yesterday day searching for it. So today I met with RJ to get the blog back up. If your reading this than you know the meeting was a success. – Yesterday I met with RJ and worked on the blog. After I left him I expected to just go home and study for a job interview in the morning. Unfortunately when I got home I couldn’t find my social security card, the manager asked me to bring into the store. I knew this was going to be a problem, so I stayed up trying to find the card. I figured it was in my storage container. The storage place didn’t open till 6 AM. So I woke up early and made it as soon as they were opening. Unfortunately I still couldn’t find my social security card, even though I thoroughly searched both my house and the storage unit. From 6 AM to noon I was searching with out any success.

performance Preparation #12 : Absolute Zero September 12th – September 12, 2015 -Blog 12 – Here is the next installment of my daily blog, leading up the ILoveMakonnen show on the 17th. I pretty much spent most of my time today on the back end work such as, writing blog posts and fixing the DME main site. We really haven’t been treating the DME site with as much care as we needed too and it was starting to show. The albums weren’t up to date the way they should be. The performance schedule was missing events, the organization on the site was not ideal, and the header looked terrible. Well after some grinding work and some meticulous editing I’m proud to say that DME site redesign is up. I think this the best the site has ever looked and our views are up too. On the way to pick up Suchaloser, I dropped Network off at the mall to go shop for clothes. Network would going to get a ride back with DJ Double G so I just left him there. I had to help one of the people I stay with get to work; she crashed her car the day I got here. Luckily she had scheduled her vacation for this week, so not having a vehicle didn’t hurt her as much. Unfortunately they did plan to spend the week away from home, so the money that they had budgeted towards travel expenses is now going to vehicle repair . performance Preparation #11 : Absolute Zero September 11th – September 11, 2015 Blog 11 Here is the next installment of my daily blog, leading up the ILoveMakonnen show on the 17th. Look at the previous installments before you start reading this one. Performance preparation blog(s): Absolute Zero It was the day after the show with Cakes The Killa and I was tired as hell. I danced a ton in my set. Cakes encouraged me to dance on stage during Obey City‘s set and I danced with a bunch of girls in the crowd during Cake‘s performance. As you might imagine this left me lethargic as hell the next day( today). That being said there was work to be done, and I had a queue of Personal Preparations to write and sort(Sorry RJ). Sometimes I feel the grind(RJ literally sending me messages any and every way he can to get the work done), but I know it will be worth it when I get on stage for the show next Thursday. performance Preparation #10 : Absolute Zero September 10th – September 10, 2015 Blog 10 Here is the next installment of my daily blog, leading up the ILoveMakonnen show on the 17th. I was waking up at 6 AM every day in Miami. The adjustment of trying to not wake up hours before I can do any work is taking some time. As it turns out yesterday we had massive miscommunication. We scheduled a practice time, for the pre-show practice that Network was not going to be available for(personal reasons). I was Network‘s ride so I had to stay with him. By his estimation (time),he would finish what he needed to do by 4:50 PM . We would be able to practice for an hour, before sound check at 6:30 PM. In a cruel twist of fate, we weren’t able to make it out of the house until right before sound check. As someone who has done sound, at shows. I never ever, ever, and I mean ever, miss a sound check. performance Preparation #9 : Absolute Zero September 9th – September 09, 2015 Blog 9 Here is the next installment of my daily blog, leading up the ILoveMakonnen show on the 17th. Look at the previous installments before you start reading this one. Performance preparation blog(s): Absolute Zero Today is a new day and only two days away from the Cakes show. We only had one practice so far. Show day is coming up and we can’t do a full practice yet(damn). However we will need to take care of our voice for the performance. So that being said, I feel really confident about everything. We were able to fix almost all the kinks, we had in yesterday’s set. We pretty much ran though the set with no problems. Well, except for a few instrumentals that we have to get from Outlaw. We planned to go over there after the practice. Since the practice went flawlessly, we just took the trip over to Outlaw’s place.
