      Music Quest Log: Ending up at Props and Bonds to show some support for local artist  Another event day int the music quest logs.- I had alot to do before I even got to Saturday Mic Live event. It was quite the build up from the week before (see Music Quest Intro). I arrived to the event, to support a few of the artist that I had seen perform the week prior. I was in for a nice surprise this time around because alot of things happened at this event which made it the local Hip Hop event of the month.   Is Kanye West ruining his Discography   Youauthorus Music Talks: Is Kanye West Ruining his Discography. -Kanye has a pretty good Discography. Absolute Zero, began to ponder if his latest work is ruining that musical legacy. Rj Knight disagrees and this is the core of the podcast at this time the campus in Miami Dade North Campus(I like going to different locations to do pods, tell us if you guys like it or want us to return to how it use to be more controlled). —  

  I’m not going to lie, nothing on this tape really grabbed me. Don’t misunderstand me, I’m not saying that the music was terrible. Raury had an interesting sound, but nothing about his lyrics or performance made me want to listen to the record again after the first few listens. But I did come away with the thought that Raury had a lot of potential. So coming into this project my hopes were that Raury would have refined his sound a bit more, as well as improve his lyricism.

 Is Kanye West best music video creator of all time     Youauthorus Music Talks: Is Kanye West the Best music Video Creator of all Time. -Kanye West has made many music videos, Heartless, Touch the Sky, Through the Wire, Diamonds from Sierra Leone, Jesus Walks and so many more. This has lead to an arguable question, is Kanye West the best music video creator ever. This was prompted by a statement Absolute Zero made in his Kanye West Piss on our Grave article. – To explore this claim, that he makes the best music Videos ever. The argument between Rj Knight and Absolute Zero is around music videos and includes all genres and time periods since modern music videos. —

I was really tired when I did it. I felt that I could’ve been a bit more focused, so I re-did it. I will later put the link to the original so you can listen to it. -Question 1: What is Slavery Does Kanye West use the term correctly in his music -Question 2: Is Kanye West encouraging anger towards executives -Question 3: should Phil Knight have returned Kanye West’s phone calls? Atmosphere – “This Lonely Rose ft. Blueprint & Aesop Rock”   Rhymesayers has always been one of the dopest labels in hip-hop. They just put out a collaboration track between Atmosphere, Aesop Rock and Blueprint. These are all artists that I have great memories of listening too and they all come correct. Feelings on The Game, how much it will sell, how well the quality will be. Is having a part 2 a good idea.  

  Fetty Wap broke records   Music Talks 1 podcast segment:  Fetty Wap broke records, how and why, really information on how these records are calculated and done. — Absolute Zero and Rj Knight’s talk about Fetty Wap breaking records, how amazing is this feat. This is put into perspective by Absolute Zero, who goes shortly over the new calculating metrics. Also Rj goes into a few extra points that are often over looked. To properly put this accomplishment by Fetty Wap in its frame, can another artist actually top this feat this or new year???  

  Is Drill Music just Trap music Music Talks 1 podcast segment: Is Drill music just Trap Music ? Breaking down  quickly the history of Drill vs Trap music.  Two different opinions on the merits of Drill music — Absolute Zero and Rj Knight’s  continue their views on Drill and Trap music, and tackling the subject matter of is this music form actually dead. If it is why is it dead, how did it die. Should we care, because is Drill and Trap Music actually good, should people listen to it. So the merits of Drill and Trap music is being discussed in this talks.

Music Talks Meow the Jewels Music Talks  podcast 1 segment: Meow The Jewels Album Meow The Jewels Is out. Hardcore rap duo Run The Jewels release a remix album of their RTJ2 album with cat sounds. What does this mean for hip-hop. How serious should we take this?

I first met Buster Wolf in early 2015. He was ripping a show at Liberty Bar(one of the best venues in Tallahassee). What stood out to me immediately about Buster Wolf was his alternative style, his incredible breath control, his high energy, and his gamer influence.From talking to him I gathered that we had a lot of the same musical background. Like me Buster had a firm familiarity with the classic hip-hop albums like the Black Star, Like Water for Chocolate, and Low End Theory. Not only that, he was also familiar with  alternatives acts like Cannibal Ox and Doom. So when he told me that he didn’t have a proper full length it was a bit disappointing, but  he let me know he was in the process of making a project call Vejigante I was really looking forward to it. Being a man in a mask, we shared a dope conversation about masks. Apparently the Vejigante is a piece of Puerto Rican folklore represented by these brightly colored masks.
